These policies can be found on and through these:

• My Instagram stories located on my Instagram Page, pinned on all my social media including, facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• My Booking website, upon booking and confirming your appointment, the policies will pop up before you can move forward with booking.

• Through the reminder text you get and attached is the booking information link. In that link you can also find the policies all the way at the bottom.

  These are Glam Haven by Ery’s Policies:

  To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used one time to reschedule if proper notice is given.

  Please read carefully:

  • No-shows or cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • The deposit is the card on file and will only be charged if there is a:

  – Cancellation

  – No-show

  – Last-minute reschedule

  – Second reschedule

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. If past this time mark, your card will be charged as a no show/cancellation with a fee. (Fee will be listed on the bottom of this page)

  • When you reschedule for the first time, your original deposit will be applied to the new date.

  • If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required to book again. This means, your appointment will be marked as a no show/cancellation and your card will be charged with the fee below.

  Deposit amounts:

  • Services (Facicals/body treatments/brows) $65 and up: $40 deposit

  • Services under $65 : 50% of the service total

• Full Glam/Soft Glam/ Bridal Makeup: 50% of the service total

  • Perfected Bridal Package: $80 deposit

  By booking an appointment, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these booking and non-refundable deposit policies.
