Policies
Please read my booking policies throughly before sending in your deposits or booking.
DEPOSIT: A Non-Refundable Deposits of $40.00 is required upon booking to save your date and time. NO DEPOSIT, NO BOOKING! Your deposit will go into your service total but will NOT BE REFUNDABLE no matter how early or how late you cancel your appointment.
RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS: If you’re unable to make it to your first appointment, you can transfer your First Deposit to your second rescheduled appointment. If you whatsoever can not make it to your second appointment, a new deposit is required to book your third appointment. To reschedule, you must notify the changes at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS/ NO SHOW: If you missed your appointment or no show, you will lose your deposit without being able to reschedule for your second appointment as mentioned above. A new deposit will be required.
LATE FEE: You have a 15 minutes slot if you are running behind. If it’s been more that 10 minutes, it will be an additional $10.00.
CONSULTATION FORMS: All clients is required to sign consultation/release forms before any service.
PAYMENTS: Payments can be make through Cash App, Venmo, and Square. I am also accepting Card Payment upon checkout on the day of your service.
TECHNICIAN’S/MUA RIGHTS: For the safety and comfort of the technician /Make up artist , Ery Eastman (DBA Glam Haven by Ery), reserve the right to refuse service to any person or discontinue service to any individual, exhibiting disruptive, threatening or abusive behavior. This includes what is not limited to verbal harassment, intoxication, and causing a scene.
